
I developed this recipe because I myself am allergic to almonds, and always had a hard time finding a decent granola that did not contain that little nut. I love to keep this on hand to sprinkle over my breakfast yogurt and berries, as a little afternoon energy boost, or for my father-in-law to enjoy when he comes to visit!
